The Regatta Museum Collections Facility is an art storage warehouse owned by the University of California, Berkeley. The 120,000 square foot building includes ADA improvements to restrooms, path of travel and ramps with approvals and coordination of ADA with California DSA.
Additionally, infrastructure upgrades include roofing, facade waterproofing, insulation, vapor barriers, boilers, chillers and HVAC. This $12 million project also includes energy consumption upgrades to LEED Silver equivalent and was recognized by the PG&E Savings by Design Program.
