Tracy Prototype Fire Station

A new prototype Fire Station was designed to be constructed at two sites within the City of Tracy, and can be replicated at other locations in the future. The program is specific to the City’s needs and includes a pass-through bay that can accommodate two apparatus, living quarters for three personnel, and an exercise room. The fire station is being designed to achieve LEED Certification.
