Manan Shah, AIA, LEED AP
A LEED accredited design professional, Manan brings to SKA his award winning design talent and his expertise in sustainable design. He has received design accolades from the AIA and the Society of American Registered Architects.

Manan recently completed the City of Oakland’s LEED Gold Fire Station 18. Designed on a tight urban infill site, he managed all aspects of the project, and helped deliver the project ahead of schedule and under budget, while superseding the City’s sustainability goals.

Currently, he is acting as a Managing Principal for Alameda County’s Highland Hospital Replacement Tower, and currently working with the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office to redesign their 180 acre Regional Training Center in Dublin. Manan is SKA’s senior designer and principal LEED AP coordinator with the USGBC.

When Manan isn’t in the office, he can be found bike riding with his daughter around their favorite East Bay parks. Manan loves working with his hands and is always involved with multiple ongoing projects at his family’s Oakland house.
