Designed to provide a memorable terminus for passengers departing or arriving by rental car, the CSB includes rental car agency desks and offices for the Port. Whereas the first level draws the eye into the space, the broad and deep overhanging roof and canted curtain wall of the second floor symbolize motion. The airport’s public space master plan’s vision is to make the experience of arrival and departure simple yet memorable. This vision enforces the airport’s mission to provide a financially, functionally, and aesthetic responsible plan for expansion.
