To ensure a long and profitable life span, the Building was designed to appeal to small, professional service companies that comprise a good percentage of the commercial leasing deals in the Stockton area. The result was a simple linear building with floor plans easily adaptable to full or partial-floor tenants. The footprint incorporates a sawtooth pattern, creating maximum opportunities for highly-prized corner office space. At the client’s request, the building exterior was designed to look modern and streamlined, in contrast to the more rural cedar-shake/wood panel residential and commercial architecture indigenous to the area.
